Eyes and Angles: Our Life in the Bronx

On June 23 from 6 to 9 pm, join fifteen teenage photographers from the Bronx, all recent immigrants to the United States, at the opening of Eyes and Angles: Our Life in the Bronx, an exhibit featuring photographs of their community. The 16- and 17-year old students from the High School of World Culture took part in a program run by the Envision Foundation for Photography and Digital media.

The Envision Foundation, is an international non-profit organization that empowers young people to become involved in, and contribute to, their communities and the world through photography and digital media.  

 The show Eyes and Angles: Our Life in the Bronx will run through Sunday July 29, 2011 at the Bronx Documentary Center, 614 Courtlandt Ave. (at 151st Street) in the Bronx. On July 24, 25 and 26 the show will be open from 1 pm to 6 pm.
