Pre-show Media List
Any exhibitor can request a pre-registered media list via e-mail approximately six weeks prior to the show. Please request the list by sending an e-mail to info@wppievents.com. We strongly encourage exhibitors to contact the media prior to the show to inform them about new product introductions, special events, etc.
Freeman Services is our general contractor for WPPI. They provide carpet, furniture, installation and dismantle, material handling, shipping and handling, and much more.

Attn. Exhibitors, it has come to our attention that there have been unauthorized 3rd parties offering “email lists” of WPPI attendees for sale. If you receive such an inquiry from an entity (outside of EmeraldX), this is to be considered fraudulent and please report it to us (here) so we can take appropriate action.
